       now i am thrty four years old . i have two girls . now i am conceived and expecting a baby boy . gestational age is 3 months . when i go through ultra sound scan , i came to know that i am having a posterior wall intra mural fibroid of 9.1cm*8.2cm along with baby . whether the fibroid will affect the baby growth within the uterus . i dont know ,how to react .
